Welcome to Amman Concierge, operated by Luxury Keys for Management and Commercial Mediation Services LLC (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or service request.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Amman Concierge provides lifestyle management, transportation, personal assistance, and concierge coordination services in Amman and throughout Jordan. All services are arranged on behalf of the client through trusted third-party providers and partners. We act as a coordinator, not as a direct service operator, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation. Quoted prices are valid at the time of booking and may vary depending on service date, provider, or special requests. Confirmation of a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payments

Payments must be made in advance through approved methods such as credit card, bank transfer, or authorized digital payment link. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit. All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information when submitting a request or making a booking. Any incorrect information, including pickup times, addresses, or contact details, may result in additional fees or service refusal. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and etiquette during services.

5. Service Modifications

Requests for modifications, such as changes to time or date, are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without any fee. Requests made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to additional charges or refusal depending on provider availability.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the quality and reliability of all services, the Company acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party providers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, damages, or losses caused by independent contractors, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any service if a client behaves in a manner that is disrespectful, unlawful, or poses a safety risk to staff or partners. In such cases, refunds will not apply.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

1. Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are free of charge. Clients will receive a full refund for prepaid bookings.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur full or partial charges depending on provider terms and preparation costs.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the scheduled time or location without notice will be treated as a “no-show” and is non-refundable.

4. Service Modifications

Service date or time changes requested at least 24 hours in advance are complimentary and subject to availability. Requests within 24 hours are handled case by case.

5. Refund Method

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Privacy Policy

 

1. Our Commitment

Your privacy is our highest priority. We handle all personal data with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We never disclose client identities or personal information unless legally required or expressly authorized by the client.

2. Information Collected

We collect only essential information necessary to provide our services — such as name, contact details, booking preferences, and payment confirmations. No unnecessary personal data is requested or stored.

3. Use of Information

Information is used solely to coordinate and deliver requested services, manage bookings, and ensure smooth communication with clients and third-party partners involved in service execution.

 

4. Confidentiality

We maintain complete discretion regarding all client interactions. Names, locations, and private details are never shared with anyone outside the service chain unless instructed by the client in writing.

 

5. Data Protection

All client data is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel. Digital information is protected through encrypted systems and secure storage solutions.

 

6. Third-Party Partners

We work with trusted and verified partners who comply with our confidentiality standards. These partners receive only the information necessary to perform their assigned service.

 

7. Communication

We may contact clients for service confirmation, updates, or satisfaction feedback. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or share your information with external advertisers.

 

8. Consent

By submitting a request or booking a service through Amman Concierge, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
